Every engagement starts with a short, no-obligation conversation to understand the context, then a clear, outcome-focused scope.
A single, well-defined problem with a clear start and finish. Examples include a Project Control Review for an owner or developer, a tender or commercial review, a pricing exercise, a contract risk check, an EOT or claim position, or a one-off expert opinion. You receive focused senior input, a clear assessment and a practical action plan, with no ongoing commitment.
Hands-on commercial or owner-side project-management support on a live project, working alongside the principal and project team through delivery. Contract administration, commercial reporting, procurement, risk oversight, variations, claims and stakeholder coordination are managed as the project progresses, so material issues are identified early and decisions are properly informed.
Recurring senior oversight for clients who need regular governance, commercial reporting and decision support without employing another permanent executive. The engagement is structured around agreed meetings, outputs, review points and escalation requirements, not open-ended full-time availability.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) and has built his career on the commercial and project side of construction: more than a decade helping deliver complex private and government projects across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Sydney, from small specialist packages through to billion-dollar programs.
Adam holds an individual QBCC Builder - Project Management Services licence under the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act 1991 (QBCC Act Licence No. 15501125). The licence supports the provision of project administration, advisory and management services for principals and, where formally appointed under a building contract, superintendent functions concerning time, quality and cost.
That experience spans the full project lifecycle, working across commercial management, contract administration, procurement, project controls, stakeholder management, tendering, claims and delivery oversight.
